If I am not behind the camera I am painting, baking wedding and birthday cakes or creating another form of art. Photography has always been my passion and the transition to wedding photography was a huge one. I realized how much I loved capturing peoples’ raw emotions of love, happiness, excitement, and anticipation. In my wedding photography, I follow a documentary style of wedding photography, so most of the shots are taken without directions but I also allow room for the creative visions of brides and grooms and will provide them with a list of traditional posing ideas and the best locations for these shots.
By nature of being an artist, I am also a stylist. This includes but is not limited to: helping with the color schemes, details, and layouts for the wedding. Designing and suggesting ideas for wedding guests favors or the cake design. I am also great at researching and finding items that can enhance pictures or wedding locations.
