The mission of the Wedding Works team is to provide personal end-to-end client services from the date of booking through the day of the event; from macro global planning and design implementation to micro details like bathroom attendants stationed in each bathroom on event night, ensuring a holistically magnificent client experience.

Willow & Sage catered our wedding at the Art Factory this past December and our experience with them was exceptional. For starters, they served as much more than only a caterer when it came to both the planning and execution of what we asked for. They are an incredibly professional outfit and Scott’s (The Owner) experience and guidance was invaluable to us. The food will speak for itself when you do a tasting, everything is top notch and they offer a wide ranging variety of options. Not only are the options vast, they will work with you to customize a menu that will make you happy. Don’t see something on their menu? No problem, talk to them about what you want and they’ll create it for you. I can’t state enough that they are not just cooking and serving food; there’s no part of your Wedding that they won’t get involved in if necessary in order to make sure you’re busy enjoying your time and not worrying about how things are running. Kara whom we worked with frequently in the planning stages was always accommodating and available whenever we had questions or ideas we wanted to talk over. We had a 5-star experience!

Willow and Sage was the perfect addition to an unforgettable wedding day. Our wedding coordinator Makayla ensured our day was stress free by working with our venue The Art Factory in finalizing the details to create the wedding of our dreams. She was exceptional. Willow and Sage provides professional service and amazing food. Many of our guest were quick to complement the food provided. Some in fact said it was the best food they have ever had at a wedding. Myself and my wife are still raving about Willow and Sage. The experience was so great we were already thinking of ways we could have another celebration just so we can experience the cuisine of Willow and Sage again. I must not forget the communication between Taralee, Scott and Will which was timely and friendly. We are happy to say by hiring Willow and Sage we felt like we were part of their family. We worked with Willow & Sage for our January wedding at the Art Factory, and let me say it was such a great pleasure working with them. They don’t just offer catering services but they also help you with the planning process. Scott and his team were absolutely incredible. We were a little hesitant at first with going with Willow & Sage but after that delicious tasting, we booked. We knew that short rib was a must. We worked with Kara and Taralee and let me say they were fantastic. Absolutely great communication and they were always available to answer any questions I had. They were also always checking in on us which I loved. They even worked with me to create a menu in Spanish. I honestly feel Willow & Sage went above and beyond. The day of the wedding Scott and Michaila assure me that everything would be okay and they were right. Michaila was phenomenal and was constantly checking it on us and making sure everything ran smoothly. The food, was absolutely outstanding. All of our guest are still talking about the food and how exceptional it was. They were really amazed at how delicious everything came out and the number of different options available to them. They all left the party full. I HIGHLY recommend Willow & Sage for any wedding.

Willow and Sage is honestly hands down the best. We used them for our wedding at The Art Factory. Right from the tasting we knew we had to book them (my husband shed a legit tear after tasting the short rib). Not only was the food amazing, but everyone was very friendly. Scott probably deals with so many people on a daily basis, but you can genuinely tell he cares about all of his clients. Throughout all of my communications with him, he remembered my name (it’s the small things!!). I talked to multiple people leading up to my wedding (Taralee and Kara). Both fantastic. They responded to all my emails and went above and beyond to help customize my menu or help with minute details. The day of the wedding Michaela was our Maitre d'. She was phenomenal! She made sure we ate, had a cocktail, and had cake. She was fantastic! We received so many compliments about the food the day after the wedding. My husband and I are currently looking for reasons to work with Willow and Sage again!

We worked with Willow & Sage for our wedding at the Art Factory in NJ. All I can say is do not have a wedding at the Art Factory unless you work with Willow & Sage. And if you have the opportunity to work with them anywhere else as well, absolutely do it. Scott and his team are absolutely incredible. From the first phone call, to our first tasting, to all of the details leading up to his day, Scott, Kara and the entire team were so incredibly professional, helpful and personal! We felt like we were working with friends. We were slightly intimidated by the pricing at first but having paid all of the final balances for our wedding I can honestly say Willow & Sage is worth every penny and more. You are not just selecting a delicious menu but incredible service and organization for the day of and so many moments leading up to it as well. Scott was personally checking in on tables throughout the night and constantly made sure that we had a chance to eat some of the delicious food ourselves. All 275 people who attended our wedding are still absolutely raving about the food as well as the service provided personally by Scott and his team. 10000% a must have for your wedding! Thank you Scott and team for delivering an absolutely perfect day!


Indoor & Outdoor


We offer affordable packages for every milestone event including birthdays, graduations, reunions, galas, and fundraisers. Each venue comes with multiple spaces and some with outdoor areas that can be used for ceremonies, cocktails, receptions and after parties (yes - you have 24 hours and can party until 5AM)! You and your guests can even stroll out our back gate straight into the national park or take a 2-block ride in our old-fashioned trolleys for pictures at the second highest falls next to Niagara!
